Best Lawyers in Canada 2022: 27 lawyers recognized

Over the years, Marc Beauchemin and Jonathan M. Fecteau have become key players on the Municipal Law and Expropriation legal scene. Marc Beauchemin is Chair of De Grandpré Chait’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He is involved in public law and zoning litigation cases in the context of real estate developments throughout Québec. Jonathan M. Fecteau is the head of the firm’s Municipal Law Group. He focuses his practice on expropriation, property assessment and municipal regulations.
