Emmanuel’s practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. He is a seasoned litigator and represents a diverse clientele ranging from individuals to multinationals in a wide array of industries, including telecommunications, renewable energies, real estate and insurance. He is well-versed in various areas of the law, including civil liability, professional liability and class actions. His vast know-how is reflected in the diversity and complexity of the cases he handles.

He represents clients before all Quebec courts and tribunals, particularly the Superior Court of Québec. Emmanuel works closely with his clients, helping them plan projects and anticipate contentious situations. Though he favours mediation, arbitration and out-of-court settlements to save time and money for his clients, he also has extensive experience with extraordinary recourse proceedings in litigation. Outside of his work, Emmanuel is a member of several sports and charitable organizations, including the Club Richelieu de Montréal and the Association cycliste en développement des affaires.
