Aubie J. Herscovitch helps you successfully negotiate your real estate and commercial agreements.

Aubie is the head of the firm’s Real Estate Transactions team. He advises businesses of all sizes and industries on their commercial activities and real estate needs. He represents developers, investors, owners, landlords and tenants in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, purchase and sale of property assets both in and outside Québec.

Aubie also has extensive experience with business law, including due diligence and limited partnership agreements. He negotiates, drafts and reviews a wide range of commercial agreements for financial institutions, banks and private lenders. He also puts his vast knowledge to use in the establishment of securities on personal and real property, as well as in the context of financing, loans and factoring arrangements.

His successful career is built on his commitment to partner closely with clients in order to develop the best legal strategies, reach desired outcomes and protect their interests. Aubie is a prolific philanthropist in the Montréal community. He participates in numerous fundraising activities and has served on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations, including the Israel Cancer Research Fund.
