François focuses his practice on professional and insurance law, including professional liability and disciplinary law. He also works in commercial and construction litigation. His clientele consists mainly of SMEs in various industries, including construction, technology services, franchising, distribution and insurance. He also serves individual professionals and professional organizations, including the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.

Though François is a seasoned litigator, he prefers negotiation to resolve disputes. He is quick to understand his clients’ needs and prepares tailored negotiation and conflict resolution strategies. He is also passionate about the law and happily accepts opportunities to provide training and give talks on various topics in his fields of practice.
