A major transaction of US$65 million has therefore been concluded with Cabot Corporation, a leading American public company specialized in chemical components and performance materials. The team, composed of Jules Brossard, Yves Hébert, Marc-André Perreault, Diane L’Écuyer and Steffi Georges, skilfully managed this complex international transaction that will ultimately strengthen the capabilities and increase the global presence of these two leaders.
