With a practice that combines business and tax law, she helps negotiate and draft commercial contracts and shareholder agreements and implement tax planning initiatives during corporate restructuring or reorganization.
She has a broad outlook and keen understanding of contemporary issues facing today’s business community. She advises a diverse clientele of companies in the real estate, manufacturing, retail, distribution, technology, services, media and communications sectors on mergers, acquisitions, sales, intellectual property and corporate finance.
Steffi is committed to helping Québec start-ups succeed. She volunteers at HEC Montréal, where she hosts training workshops and advises entrepreneurs who are starting their businesses, helping them develop their business plans. As the firm’s Senior Manager, Corporate Services, Steffi implements administrative policies and processes, and oversees the Paralegals who support our Business, Real Estate, and Commercial Lawyers.
