Recognized for his extensive expertise in municipal law and public administrative law, Sylvain Bélair’s practice covers many aspects, including expropriation. He has represented landlords and tenants in numerous expropriation cases, including Highway 30, the Saint-Laurent Technoparc and the Turcot interchange cases.
