Yves Hébert helps clients with business acquisitions, sales, restructuring and succession. 

Yves favours a creative and multidisciplinary approach to help entrepreneurs understand the legal structures governing local and cross-border transactions. He helps high-tech and other companies with corporate sales and venture capital financing, and assists them in developing their intellectual property portfolios.

When assisting his clients with transactions, he keenly understands the requirements of all parties involved. Yves prides himself on always being attentive to his clients’ needs. He provides them with practical and innovative solutions to minimize cost and risk without sacrificing quality. He has successfully collaborated on several transactions on behalf of SMEs in various industries, such as high technology, manufacturing, retail, cinemas and car dealerships.

He also spent several years teaching tax and business law, his two areas of practice, at the École du Barreau du Québec.
