His practice covers claims for extras, legal hypothecs, surety bonds and contractors’ obligations, as well as all matters relating to hypothecary guarantees and involving the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and the Commission de la construction du Québec.
He also works in commercial litigation, and surety and insurance law. Jean-Philippe provides results-focused advice to defend his clients’ interests and help bring their projects to fruition.
