A prominent figure in the world of business law, Marc assists clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and importing, technology and software, real estate, automotive, pharmaceutical, medical, dental, and food manufacturing and processing. He also helps startups and companies facing restructuring to develop and rework their business plans.

Marc is known for his professionalism and actively gives back to the community, which has earned him to be named a Life Governor of the Quebec Bar Foundation. Among numerous other activities, he was campaign director for the former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada Irwin Cotler.
