Lisa-Marie is a member of our Tax Litigation team. Lisa-Marie works closely with her colleagues on the Business Law team to ease the financial burden faced by entrepreneurs. She provides tax planning advice in the context of corporate restructuring and reorganization and develops strategies tailored to each clients’ business context.
