Evelyne Gauvin tackles every bonds and insurance case with a keen eye. 

With more than 5 years of experience, Evelyne simultaneously handles construction law, insurance law and professional law matters. This plurality of practice allows her to serve a diverse clientele that includes major insurance companies, professional bodies, property owners and general and specialized contractors.

Over the years, Evelyne has developed a particular expertise in bonds and construction litigation. As soon as a contract is signed, she applies all her know-how to guide her clients through the interpretation of the contracts. Her organization and attention to detail make her a asset when it comes to developing negotiation, representation and dispute resolution strategies tailored to each client. Evelyne graduated from the University of Oxford (UK) and is a top-tier speaker who thrives under pressure, particularly when representing clients in court. While Evelyne defends the interests of her clients by favouring alternative dispute resolution methods, she also pleads before the various courts, including the Superior Court and the Court of Quebéc.

Assisted by her team, Evelyne advises major professional organizations and associations, including the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec, on professional liability, illegal practice and disciplinary complaint issues.
