An integral member of the Real Estate Law team, Eric Lupovich works on various matters in his capacity as a notary. He is a talented and versatile notary primarily involved in real estate and financial transactions and supports the team by reviewing and drafting a variety of legal documents such as deeds of sale, deeds of hypothec, and title reports.
Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Masters of Notarial Law, Eric understands the issues faced by all parties to a real estate transaction. He represents financial institutions, promoters, developers, and real estate investment trusts.
His meticulous approach and experience in traditional notarial practice allow Eric to assist the firm’s lawyers with many of their notarial needs.
