The real estate law team participates in the largest multi-residential property acquisition in Québec

Montreal, February 4, 2022 – The real estate law team at De Grandpré Chait is proud to have represented Centurion Asset Management Inc. in the largest multi-residential acquisition ever made in Québec, acquiring 2/3 of a portfolio of 30 newly constructed properties in the Greater Montréal area, comprising 3,678 units.

Marc J. Rubin and Eric Lasry were the partners in charge of the file, along with Philipp Duffy, Piero Biasini, Robert Greenberg, Deirdra Corber, Alexander Rigante, Eric Lupovich and Nancy Séguin.
