Montreal Real Estate Forum: Léa Couture-Thériault participates in a panel discussion regarding commercial rents

Montreal, May 12, 2021 – On May 13, during the Montreal Real Estate Forum, Léa Couture-Thériault will participate in a panel discussion titled How safe are your rents in these uncertain times? Are you ready for the third wave? 

Debate over the payment of commercial rents has caused tremors through investors, leading to uncertainty in projections made for acquisitions/dispositions. Drawing on Québec case law from the past year, this session will address several issues that are critical not only to lease management, but also to commercial real estate investment, asset management and financing.
