Julie Tremblay presented the legal and tax implications of blockchain technology

Montréal, June 8, 2022 –  As part of the Association de la planification fiscale et financière’s symposium on consumption taxes in 2022, Tax Litigation Partner Julie Tremblay spoke at the workshop entitled La nouvelle économie cryptographique : les transactions du Web 3.0. 

During the workshop, she presented the new business models propelled by blockchain technology, highlighting their legal and tax implications and challenges.

About the speaker
Passionate about defending taxpayers’ rights and a key member of the firm’s tax team, Julie Tremblay devotes her practice to protecting and vigorously defending her clients’ interests.
