Jennifer Malvault is a paralegal within our tax and estate planning group.

She draws on her strong background in French law, gained through her experience as a notarial clerk in France, which enables her to handle various estate administration procedures efficiently while ensuring the quality and compliance of all documents processed.

Jennifer also applies her expertise in Québec notarial law to support the firm’s lawyers and notaries in managing complex estate files.

She contributes to the preparation and follow-up of estate administration files, wills, and non-contentious proceedings with rigor, precision, and a deep sensitivity to clients’ needs.
