Welcome to our new litigation lawyer

Montréal, July 31, 2017 – It is with great pride that we welcome our former intern, Juliano Rodriguez-Daoust, as our new lawyer. Graduate from the Université de Montréal, Mr. Rodriguez-Daoust joins our firm’s Litigation team. Involved in real estate mandates, he assists and advises a clientele composed mainly of real estate management companies, landlords as well as real estate developers. In close collaboration with his colleagues, Mr. Rodriguez-Daoust contributes directly to the legal research and preparation of litigious mandates and elaborates negotiation, representation and dispute resolution strategies specifically adapted for each case. As part of his role, he also handles debt recovery mandates in regards to leases and financial leases on behalf of banks and financial institutions.
