Somewhere Over The Rainbow: Marie Laure Leclercq continues her series of presentations to the judiciary

Montréal, June 9, 2022 – On this Pride Month, Marie Laure Leclercq, Ad. E. offered her presentation entitled Quelque part au-delà de l’arc-en-ciel (Somewhere Over the Rainbow) to the judges of the Superior Court of Québec, Québec City and Montréal divisions. The presentation focused on the legislative and jurisprudential evolution of the rights of the LGBTQI2S+ communities in Quebec and the First Nations up to the recent Centre for Gender Advocacy v. Quebec decision. Furthermore, the evolution of the transgender and non-binary community was also discussed at length during the presentation.
