From Oxford to Montréal

Montréal, May 15, 2017 –  It is with great pride that we welcome as a lawyer our former intern, Evelyne Gauvin. Graduate of the University of Ottawa and the prestigious University of Oxford in the United Kingdom and recently sworn-in, Ms. Trottier joins our firm’s Litigation team. She will be involved in a wide variety of files regarding dispute resolution as well as professional liability and insurance law. She will serve a diverse clientele comprised of major insurance companies, small and medium-sized businesses, shareholders as well as individuals. Also involved in insolvency cases, she will support distressed companies, creditors, individuals, financial institutions and private lenders in the context of proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies Creditors’ Arrangement Act.
