David Kauffman publishes The Evolution and Impact of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers

Montréal, June 27, 2018 – David Kauffman, one of Canada’s leading lawyers regarding construction, infrastructure and development projects, has just published The Evolution and Impact of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers through Thomson Reuters (Toronto). This publication retraces the history of the Canadian College of Construction Lawyers, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Through the association of its members in an environment of collegiality and good fellowship, the College strives to educate and enhance the practice and understanding of construction law.

A founding member of this group of Canadian lawyers, David Kauffman had also served as the president of the College from 2000 to 2001 and its governor, giving him a thorough knowledge of the organization and its key historic moments, together with a clear vision of its evolution.
