François Beauchamp, Etienne Chauvin and Philipp Duffy recognized by Lexpert® for their expertise in infrastructure

Etienne Chauvin, Co-leader of the construction law team, represents general contractors, specialized contractors and consortia in litigation before all levels of court in Quebec. His experience also extends to construction bonds and professional and civil liability.

Philipp Duffy shares his expertise in infrastructure and public-private partnerships with the province’s major builders, particularly in the context of the selection and contracting process of the Société québécoise des infrastructures. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a number of major projects that have shaped the landscape of Greater Montreal.
