Montréal, March 18, 2022 – The Government of Canada has announced that as of April 1, 2022, fully vaccinated travellers will no longer be required to present a COVID-19 test result upon arrival in Canada. However, they may need to take a molecular test on arrival if selected for mandatory random testing. In keeping with the easing of restrictions announced last February, those selected travellers will not be required to quarantine while awaiting the results of this test.
Partially vaccinated and unvaccinated travelers will continue to be subject to the current rules.
