Virginia has over 30 years of real estate law, business law and intellectual property experience. Her multidisciplinary expertise covers all facets of a company’s commercial activities.

She assists local, national and international clients with the sale and purchase of assets and shares, service and distribution contracts, real estate sales and acquisitions, development projects and general contractual matters. She acts for SMEs in various industries in matters pertaining to due diligence and movable and immovable securities, and helps both landlords and tenants with commercial lease negotiation and drafting.

As a trademark agent, Virginia also handles the registration, protection and marketing of intellectual property rights, including intellectual property contracts and license management. She represents clients in intellectual property negotiations and defends them before the Registrar of Trademarks and the courts.
