Sara Jason

Sara Jason is a paralegal within our Tax Litigation team.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke and has acquired experience in both private practice and in-house environments, notably in the aerospace sector. She assists lawyers in tax litigation and commercial litigation matters, including legal and tax research, the preparation of pleadings, and the analysis of complex files.

Sara plays a central role in the preparation of notices of objection submitted to provincial and federal tax authorities, as well as in drafting applications for appeal and notices of appeal filed before the Court of Québec and the Tax Court of Canada. She stands out for her ability to rigorously manage court deadlines, ensuring compliance with the procedural time limits applicable to tax matters.

She also prepares books of exhibits and books of authorities, which are essential documents for the proper conduct of hearings. Recognized for her professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, Sara is a valuable asset to the Tax Litigation team.
