In litigation matters, Philippe Lachance leaves nothing to chance.
Philippe is a member of the Civil and Commercial Litigation team. His practice focuses on dispute resolution, particularly with respect to real estate (commercial leases, divided co-ownership, emphyteusis, servitudes, etc.) and construction law. He represents clients in major disputes and appears before all levels of civil court in Québec, including the Court of Québec and the Superior Court of Québec.
In 2017, Philippe completed a research internship with the Honourable Paul Mayer, a Superior Court of Québec judge. He has also worked as a researcher at several institutions, including the Université de Montréal’s Research Centre in Public Law, the L. R. Wilson Chair in Information Technology and E-Commerce Law and the Canada Research Chair in Collaborative Culture in Health Law and Policy.
