Marie-Pier assists the municipal law team in a variety of files, including expropriation, urban planning, municipal taxation and municipal regulations. She supports the team in legal research as well as in the drafting of procedures and legal opinions. She can also act before all civil courts in the province, including the Superior Court of Quebec and the Court of Appeal.
She excelled in her legal studies at University de Montréal, during which time she was involved in the school’s health law committee. She is now putting her legal education to work on real cases in various practice areas under the mentorship of fully-fledged lawyers.
With her thirst for learning, her dynamism and her passion for the law, Marie Pier is, without a doubt, a valuable asset to the firm.
