Having made her mark while articling at the firm in 2021, Emily now practices as a business lawyer. Software technology, aviation and aerospaceare some of the sectors she has been involved in over the last few years. Emily applies her knowledge in business operations and startups to adequately advise clients, in particular for procedural, and contractual matters.
In addition to her Bachelor of Laws and her Juris Doctor degree from University of Montreal, Emily completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Concordia University and studied at Dublin’s Technological University. With her keen interest in international corporate management and legal services, she is able to develop legal strategies tailored to the needs of the firm’s clients..
