Beth Trister, a senior lawyer, is recognized for her expertise in intellectual property law, specializing in trademarks. Academically, Beth Trister is an accomplished scholar. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in civil law (LL.B) from Université de Montréal as well as a Bacherlor’s degree in science, with honors, in biochemistry from McGill University. Beth also holds a Bachelor of Common Law degree from York University – Osgoode Hall Law School. Beyond her legal practice, Beth has distinguished herself as a teacher and speaker. She has led workshops on trademarks as part of the “McGill IPIC Trade-marks I Course,” showcasing her commitment to education and sharing her knowledge.
Active in the legal community, she is a member of various advisory groups within the College of Patent and Trademark Agents (CPATA).
