A member of the Insolvency, Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Liquidation team, Audréanne handles cases under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and federal and provincial corporate statutes. She supports the team by conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and legal opinions. Representing both creditors and debtors, she helps clients achieve the fairest and most equitable outcome.

Given the litigious aspect of these files, Audréanne also pleads before the Courts, including the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court of Quebec.
