Leyad, one of Canada’s largest privately owned real estate investment and management companies, recently acquired a portfolio of single-tenant retail properties leased to Loblaw Companies Limited across ten Canadian provinces.

This acquisition marks an important milestone in Leyad’s nationwide growth and strengthens its presence in the retail and grocery sector. It represents the largest retail real estate transaction completed in Canada since the beginning of the year.
