François Beauchamp and Philipp Duffy recognized by Lexpert for their infrastructure expertise

Montréal, August 10, 2021 – De Grandpré Chait is proud to announce that the two co-leaders of its Construction and Bonds Group, François Beauchamp and Philipp Duffy, have been recognized for their expertise in the 2021 Lexpert Special Edition: Infrastructure. This special edition recognizes the excellence and expertise of Canadian lawyers in infrastructure based on the annual Lexpert Directory, which lists leading lawyers in their field of practice. This marks Philipp Duffy’s third appearance in Lexpert Special Edition: Infrastructure and François Beauchamp’s first one.

Over the past decades, both lawyers have collaborated on several high-profile projects that have shaped the landscape of Greater Montreal. Having developed a solid expertise in construction and bonds, François Beauchamp represents numerous general contractors and bonds companies in litigation files or proceedings involving contractual and/or extra-contractual claims. Philipp Duffy shares his expertise in infrastructure and public-private partnerships with the province’s major builders, particularly in the context of the selection and contracting process of the Société québécoise des infrastructures.
