Mr. Yves Nadon will lead the implementation of the firm’s vision and strategic plan in conjunction with the partners, while overseeing the day-to-day management of its business and administrative functions.
A seasoned manager, Mr. Nadon has over 25 years of experience in various sectors, including professional and consulting services. He has helped companies address their governance, strategic planning, organizational transformation and operational optimisation challenges over the course of his career.
Mr. Nadon is a leader and unifier known for his intellectual rigour, analytical ability and interpersonal skills, which are instrumental for aligning stakeholders around common objectives, and for building strong partnerships.
Mr. Nadon holds an MBA and is a Chartered Director. He has served on several boards of directors, providing advice on governance, strategy and financing.
