Michel G. Beaudin has his finger on the pulse of the market.

Michel practices in securities and corporate finance, with a focus on public offerings. He represents promoters and contractors looking to raise funds through flotation and helps reporting issuers fulfill their continuous disclosure obligations when they issue securities. He represents issuers and subscribers alike in the context of private offerings with Québec companies and provides legal advice on securities offerings to Québec investors by issuers outside the province.

Michel is a legend on our team. His achievements include helping to build the first capital pool company in Québec. He is well versed in TSX Venture Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange policies, has a keen understanding of public financing through equity and structured products like investment trusts, and is one of the few lawyers in the province with experience establishing real estate investment trusts (REITs).
