Susana Nazco Milian

Susana advises entrepreneurs and SMEs on their tax and legal matters. Her practice focuses primarily on tax litigation and tax compliance. She represents individuals, corporations and trusts at all stages of disputes with tax authorities, including audits, objections, tax assessment appeals and settlement negotiations.

She also assists with the preparation of voluntary disclosures and the drafting of tax memoranda, opinions and legal research. Susana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from HEC Montréal and has a diverse background that enables her to approach tax matters with rigor, precision and pragmatism.

As a member of the APFF’s Flash fiscal Committee, she monitors interpretations issued by the Canada Revenue Agency and the latest developments in taxation.
