Martin P. Jutras is a partner within our Commercial Litigation group.  With some thirty years’ experience in commercial litigation, Martin has focused his practice on banking law, bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, as well as the arbitration of commercial disputes.  He is also a certified arbitrator.

Martin advises and represents a diverse clientele, comprised of financial institutions, SMBs and trustees in bankruptcy, who appreciate his practicality and business approach.  He has appeared before all levels of Quebec and federal courts, as well as before the Supreme Court of Canada.
