Having started her academic career in law at O’Sullivan College (2019-2021), Aria Kokozos quickly established the foundations of her future legal career thanks to a solid education. Her transition to the professional world was smooth, securing a junior paralegal position at Phillips Friedman Kotler where she strengthened her expertise in business law.
In addition to her legal experience, Aria stands out for her mastery of three languages: French, English and Greek. This linguistic competence gives her unique versatility and an enriched perspective, enabling her to navigate with ease in a globalized environment.
Aria’s responsibilities at the firm will include preparing corporate documents and making filings with public registries for annual updates. This includes recent disclosure obligations to the Registraire des entreprises du Québec (REQ) and updating registers and minute books.
