Agnès Pignoly is a Partner in our Public Real Estate Law Group.

For more than a decade, she has advised real estate developers, institutions, businesses, and public-sector organizations on the implementation of their projects and the management of complex regulatory and litigation matters.

Her practice focuses primarily on municipal and planning law, land use planning and development, as well as public contracts and procurement. She regularly advises clients on regulatory compliance and assists them at every stage of the real estate development process, from strategic planning to obtaining the necessary municipal approvals.

Throughout her career, Agnès has contributed to numerous high-profile matters involving real estate development, public infrastructure projects, strategic real estate acquisitions, planning and zoning disputes, as well as litigation related to municipal authorizations and expropriation proceedings.

Recognized for her expertise and analytical rigor, Agnès is ranked in Best Lawyers in Canada for Municipal Law and Real Estate Law, and in Chambers Canada in the Real Estate: Zoning & Land Use (Québec) category.

Called to the Québec Bar in 2013 and to the Ontario Bar in 2026, she actively contributes to the advancement of the legal profession through her publications, speaking engagements, and involvement with the Canadian Bar Association.
