Montreal, Tuesday, September 3, 2024 -De Grandpré Chait is proud to announce the appointment of Frédéric St-Cyr to the position of Director of Finance. With a decade of experience in the accounting and finance sector, he joins our team to oversee the firm’s financial management.
Prior to joining De Grandpré Chait, Frédéric St-Cyr worked for a public company, where he was responsible for financial information for nearly two years. Prior to that, he spent over six years with PwC Canada in the assurance team. His background also includes a role in finance at the National Bank of Canada.

He comes at a key time for De Grandpré Chait, as the firm continues to strengthen its presence in the legal community while navigating an ever-changing economic environment.”
As Director of Finance, Frédéric St-Cyr will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the firm, including budget planning, treasury, optimization of resources, and will contribute to the execution of the firm’s financial strategies.
A Chartered Professional Accountant by profession, Frédéric St-Cyr is recognized for his leadership and operational efficiency.
