François Beauchamp’s hard work and determination have secured him a place at the top of his profession and established him as a leading authority on construction law.

François is a renowned litigator who has been representing Québec’s biggest building and bond companies for decades. He wields his wealth of expertise in bonds, construction claims and civil liability to defend his clients’ interests before all courts, whether judicial or arbitral. François has an impeccable work ethic and serves his clients with true dedication, providing them with expert advice on the conduct of their business and helping them resolve any problems they encounter. 

François co-leads the firm’s Construction Law team and is a long-standing member of the board of directors. He was also Chair of the construction section for the Canadian Bar Association’s Québec Branch. For more than 20 years, he has co-authored chapters on enterprise and service contracts for the book Contrats, sûretés, publicité des droits et droit international privé, published and updated annually in collaboration with the Quebec Bar’s professional training school. François is a seasoned guest speaker and receives many invitations from industry associations. He is considered a true pillar of the legal community.
