Leader of the Construction Law team, Etienne represents general contractors, specialized contractors and consortia in litigation before all levels of court in Quebec. He assists clients at every stage of their construction matters, whether before, during or after the execution of a contract. His experience also extends to construction bonds and professional and civil liability.

Although he regularly represents clients in alternative dispute resolution processes like arbitration and mediation, Etienne is no stranger to lengthy trials where discipline and tenacity are the name of the game.

Etienne is frequently invited as a speaker by various construction industry organizations, including the Corporation des entrepreneurs généraux du Québec.
