Holding a Bachelor of Law from the University of Montreal, Michel was involved throughout his academic career. He was particularly recognized for his swimming achievements at the university, provincial, national, and international levels. Furthermore, Michel worked for an international company, supporting the legal and innovation department, which allowed him to increase his legal knowledge in business law, management, and intellectual property.
