L.B. (Les) Erdle has been advising key players in the construction industry for over 45 years. 

Les is a seasoned litigator. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors. He works on oppression remedies, injunctions extraordinary remedies and a variety of other cases, and litigates before all levels of court and tribunals, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

He also sits on arbitration tribunals.Over the years, Les has developed a diverse practice and represents a wide range of SMEs in fields such as labour law, intellectual property and information technology law, with a particular focus on license and distribution contracts and commercial transactions.In addition to having been a member of the Superior Court of Québec Liaison Committee and the Barreau du Québec Disciplinary Committee, Les continues to serve as a member of the Barreau du Québec Account Arbitration Committee.

He also wrote the Québec section of a publication entitled International Execution Against Judgement Debtors, and is often requested for speaking engagements, notably for the real estate and construction industries. The expertise Les offers clients is built on nearly half a century of experience.
