She is known for her level-headedness, excellent listening skills, shrewd analytical mind and knack for drafting a range of documents, including procedures, agreements, briefs and argument plans. She is keenly interested in issues pertaining to construction law, insurance law and civil law in general.
For more than 20 years, Hélène has also co-authored chapters on enterprise and service contracts for the book Contrats, sûretés, publicité des droits et droit international privé, published and updated annually in collaboration with the École de formation professionnelle du Barreau du Québec.
