Alissa Stachrowski draws on her diverse experience to resolve your disputes.

Alissa’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation in a wide variety of industries and sectors. Her multidisciplinary experience allows her to assist clients in many areas of real estate litigation, including mortgage remedies, construction and latent defects and landlord/tenant disputes. Alissa also works closely with the Business Law team on shareholder disputes and debt collection.

She is actively involved in all aspects of a litigation case, from complex legal research to attendance at court, where she represents private individuals, SMEs and large corporations. She understands the importance of minimizing costs and delays for her clients and focuses on resolving disputes promptly and efficiently.
