In the course of her practice, and particularly in matters relating to real estate acquisitions and financing, her responsibilities include the examination and search for titles, drafting opinions relating to them, real estate and movable research, drafting of deeds and documents of a legal nature (residential and commercial) as well as the drafting and analysis of commercial leases.
Before joining the firm, Stéphanie Grondin had been legal and regulatory counsel for four years for a major cooperative financial group in Canada.
