Lucas’s practice extends to all areas of Canadian and cross-border tax law. His expertise is relied upon by SMEs, entrepreneurs and professionals seeking advice on various tax issues. Lucas handles matters related to corporate reorganizations, estates, indirect taxes, intellectual property and tax credits with ease. With a strategic mindset and innovative spirit, he helps analyze and develop tax planning strategies tailored to his clients’ needs. He also intervenes in disputes with tax authorities. Before his admission to the Barreau du Québec, Lucas was able to hone his negotiation skills at Harvard Law School’s Negotiation Workshop and London School of Economics’ Advanced Negotiation and Mediation course. 

Committed to advancing and sharing knowledge, Lucas is a member of the Association de planification fiscale et financière and the Canadian Tax Foundation. His involvement with these organizations allows him to continuously provide his clients with the most ingenious and innovative solutions.
