L.B. (Les) Erdle has advised key players in the construction industry in their legal matters for over 45 years. 

As a seasoned litigator, Les specializes in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors. He works on various cases, such as oppression remedies, injunctions, and extraordinary recourse, and litigates before the courts at every level, both judicial and administrative, including the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He also sits on arbitration tribunals.

Over the years, Les has developed a diverse practice representing a wide range of SMEs in fields such as labour law, intellectual property, and information technology law, focusing in particular on license and distribution contracts and commercial transactions.

In addition to having been a member of the Superior Court of Québec Liaison Committee and the Barreau du Québec Disciplinary Committee, Les continues to serve as a member of the Barreau du Québec Account Arbitration Committee. He also wrote the Québec section of a publication entitled International Execution Against Judgement Debtors, and is often requested for speaking engagements, notably for the real estate and construction industries.
